OZ Real Estate was created to provide students, parents, and investors a simple place to find quality home rentals or properties for sale. We are owned and operated by SDSU alumni who understand the challenges of finding quality real estate in the San Diego area. Ofier is an expert in creating integrated marketing campaigns geared towards real estate and student. He has excellent knowledge of targeted online marketing, social media, and SEO.

Our company focuses on building and maintaining good relationships with tenants, home-owners, contractors, and licensed service providers to provide timely, personalized service to our clients. Ofier has been working and living in the SDSU college area since 2006 and has handled real estate sales of small investment properties, residential short sales, and foreclosures with USA Financial Consultants Inc. since 2010. Prior to working in San Diego, Ofier worked as an assistant to a Contractor and Private Investor in the Los Angeles area, an experience that blossomed much of his property management, construction, and real estate knowledge and expertise.
